PERSONALLY, feeling comfortable in front of the camera is the most important aspect of getting my photos taken - and I bet it's the same for you too! That's why knowing a little bit about who I am and what I am about is so important I genuinely want to us to get to know each other long before you step out in front of the camera.
To start us off... Let me tell you about how I got to where I am! I picked up my first camera in 2020. Yup. Right in the middle of Covid! Ever since, I have been photographing couples, friends, family, expecting mothers, newly weds, and everything in between. I adore being able to see memories unfold in front of me and then capture them so they can be treasured forever.
More about me: first, take a peek at the photo montage below from the past few years. I am married, and we recently had our first baby boy! We have three little fur babies too (not pictured), so it's fair to say I'm also a crazy cat lady!
hello friend
Kind words...
"Having Mary capture our wedding was a dream. She was so intentional and clear with communication leading up to our special day. We had multiple appointments beforehand talking about expectations and my vision. I felt so heard and seen throughout this process. On the day of our wedding she was well prepared and so ready! When our day of event coordinator was MIA, Mary was there to save the day. And she did it with such grace and patience. She kept me calm throughout the day by making me pause. Not only did she seek to capture the special moments, she pushed me to be present and take in the memories of the day. She captured my wedding in the exact way I wanted and we still continually look at the photos in awe. There is no one else I would recommend more!!"

My hope, dream, desire, aspiration for our photoshoot is to make you feel absolutely comfortable and have a ton of fun!! I am here for belly laughs, cheesy jokes, and having such a fun time that you hardly notice the camera. Because that is what makes a memory. And memories are what I am after.
So let's take off the pressure of being "picture perfect" and just be yourself. Life is just better that way.
